1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using XLMTV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

XLMTV is a community platform where users can queue YouTube videos by paying Stellar (XLM) cryptocurrency, and viewers can earn XLM rewards for watching queued content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least years old to use this Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and Stellar wallet. You must provide a valid Stellar public key upon registration. One account per person is permitted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

5. Payments and Cryptocurrency

• All payments are made in Stellar Lumens (XLM) and are verified on the Stellar blockchain.
• Enqueue payments are non-refundable once the video has been queued, except in cases of playback failure at the platform's discretion.
• Reward distributions are credited to your internal balance and can be withdrawn to your Stellar wallet.
• The platform takes a 5% fee on enqueue payments. Skip payments go entirely to support the platform.
• We are not responsible for fluctuations in the value of XLM.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 90 days) may have their remaining balance reclaimed by the platform.

6. Content Policy

• You may only queue content you have the right to share or that is publicly available on YouTube.
• You are solely responsible for the content you queue.
• We reserve the right to skip or remove content that violates our guidelines without refund.
• Profanity in chat is automatically filtered. Harassment, hate speech, and illegal content are prohibited.

7. Anti-Abuse

The following are prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent ban:

• Using VPNs, proxies, or datacenter IPs to earn rewards
• Running multiple accounts
• Using bots or automation to interact with the Service
• Attempting to manipulate the reward system
• Any activity intended to exploit, disrupt, or abuse the Service

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or the value of any rewards earned.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via the chat system.
